Do you work with construction businesses outside Sydney?
Yes. GSD Safety supports builders, principal contractors and subcontractors Australia-wide, from single projects to multi-site construction businesses. Our consultants travel to site for assessments and use app-based tools to support sites between visits.
What construction safety risks do you focus on?
We focus on the hazards that injure construction workers most: working at height and falls, high-risk construction work, mobile plant and cranes, silica and hazardous dust, excavation and trenching, electrical and service risks, and subcontractor coordination.
Can you write and review SWMS for high-risk construction work?
Yes. We help you identify which activities are high-risk construction work, then develop and review Safe Work Method Statements that match the actual task and that crews will follow, rather than generic documents pulled off a template.
Do you help principal contractors set up a WHS management plan?
Yes. We help principal contractors put in place the WHS management plan, site inductions, permits and record-keeping needed to meet their duties on larger construction projects.
Is your WHS training nationally accredited? Do you issue White Cards?
No. Our training is practical and role-specific, delivered on site and through VR modules, and is designed to change how your crews work. It is not nationally accredited VET training, and we do not issue the General Construction Induction (White Card). If you need accredited tickets, we will point you to a Registered Training Organisation.
